Do you need to know if your facility is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)? Universal Designers & Consultants has completed thousands of ADA surveys on large and small facilities and provided consulting services in every state, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Canada. We can evaluate your existing facilities and properties for compliance, and outline steps and specific changes needed to bring your facility into compliance and/or improve overall accessibility. We will identify issues, provide photos, offer prioritized recommendations and alternatives, as well as cost estimates for remediation. We tailor our report and deliverables to address your specific needs and technical systems and we provide the specific references to the 1991 and 2010 Standards for Accessible Design. Our standard processes and criteria analysis report formats can be customized for individual clients on a case by case basis.
